Bharti among 100 women achievers
Haryana-cadre IPS officer Bharti Arora has joined a select band of 100 women achievers selected by the Ministry of Women and Child Development in collaboration with Facebook.
The awardees were hosted by President Pranab Mukherjee at Rashtrapati Bhawan, New Delhi, on Friday. Bharti Arora, an officer of 1998 batch and the only IPS officer to be selected for the award, was selected in the category "community mobilisation" for her work in community policing.
